We are manufacturing aluminum melting furnace tilting type. These types of crucible furnaces are excellent for melting and pouring directly into the transfer ladles. Very economical as compared to the induction melting furnace. It is available in cubical shell shape and round shape of the furnace. The furnace is tilted by the hydraulic/motorized/ geared mechanism. Furnaces are available in a different capacity and can be customized as per the client's specifications up to 1000 Kg crucible. The furnace is used extensively in PDC & GDC Aluminium foundry for melting and holding applications.The electrical power consumption is only 0.45 unit/Kg of Aluminum molten metal.
