ControlsThe functioning of Electrical Crematorium:•	The beginning process of cremation in the Electric Cremation is called incineration.•	The furnace or incinerator is a high powered furnace.•	The body will be located in a combustion chamber called a retort. The crematory (also known as retort) is lined with refractory bricks that can withstand high fluctuations in temperature, but furnace chambers also have holes at the bottom.•	The Electric crematorium is built with a double chamber cremation furnace with a strong cremation bed and secondary air holes.•	In the Electric Crematorium, the electrical connections do not need any particular fittings and a simple 220 Volts electrical outlet is all that is required.•	Electric cremation furnace capacity is 54 kW. The Electric heating coil is made up of NICROME 80/20 in the form of a 25 mm dia coil with terminal rods or Vertical heater with radiant tubes for maintenance-free work and the entire furnace heating coil system (Coil holding brick wall) will be bonded with the side walls.•	The cremation furnace is constructed with high-quality alumina refractory bricks, fire bricks, insulation bricks, arch bricks, various size and types of slabs and bonded with high-quality Castable, fire clay, and mortars with a specific type of curing to the furnace to withstand the temperature up to 1200 degree centigrade.•	The fitting of devices that prevent any dispersion from the cremation chamber has eliminated smoke and doors.•	The cremation gets completed in about 60 to 90 minutes maximum depending upon the body size and other biological reasons.•	The hazardous gas and other substances are piped out from the cremation chamber and cleaned by venture scrubber with water treatment and finally, the hot air is being discharged into 100 feet height chimney.•	Electric Crematorium system has necessary controls, auto on-off, cut-off switches, and other necessary controls for the safety of cremation.
